DCB Bank reported a strong performance for the quarter ended June 2026, with net profit rising 35.6 percent year-on-year to Rs 213.2 crore. Net interest income increased 17.8 percent from the previous year to Rs 684 crore, reflecting healthy growth in the bank's core lending business.
NTPC delivered a steady set of quarterly results, reporting an 11.9 percent year-on-year increase in net profit to Rs 5,342.4 crore. Revenue from operations grew 3 percent to Rs 43,831.9 crore, supported by stable operational performance.
Tata Consumer Products also posted healthy earnings for the quarter. The company reported a 27.8 percent year-on-year rise in net profit to Rs 427 crore, while revenue increased 11.9 percent to Rs 5,348.9 crore, indicating continued growth across its business segments.
Waaree Renewable Technologies announced that it has secured two Letters of Award for engineering, procurement and construction work related to two ground-mounted solar photovoltaic projects with a combined capacity of 800 MWac or 1,082 MWp. The order strengthens the company's execution pipeline in the renewable energy sector.
Jindal Steel reported mixed quarterly performance. While revenue increased 25.9 percent year-on-year to Rs 15,482.1 crore, net profit declined 43.6 percent to Rs 843.9 crore, reflecting pressure on profitability despite higher sales.
Landmark Cars announced that it has received a Letter of Intent from JSW MG Motor India to establish a new MG Experia showroom in Ahmedabad through its wholly owned subsidiary, Aeromark Cars. The expansion is expected to strengthen the company's presence in the passenger vehicle retail segment.
