Shares of Meesho Ltd advanced in early trading on Tuesday following the execution of a large block deal worth Rs 1,949 crore. According to exchange data, 10.48 crore shares, equivalent to 2.27 percent of the company's total equity, were traded in the block deal window at a price of Rs 186 per share.

The stock was trading at Rs 194.63, up 1.60 percent during early trade, after closing 5.15 percent higher at Rs 191.57 in the previous session. The company currently has a market capitalization of approximately Rs 87,548 crore.

The block transaction follows reports that early investors Peak XV Partners and Elevation Capital planned to divest a combined 2.3 percent stake in the company through secondary share sales valued at around Rs 1,900 crore. The proposed deal involved nearly 10.5 crore shares with an indicated floor price of Rs 182.08 per share, representing a discount to the previous day's closing price.

The transaction was ultimately completed at Rs 186 per share, above the indicated floor price, highlighting healthy investor demand for the shares. Morgan Stanley acted as the broker for the transaction.

Peak XV Partners and Elevation Capital were among Meesho's largest shareholders before the company's initial public offering and had previously reduced part of their holdings during the IPO.

Meesho, an e-commerce platform, was listed on the stock exchanges in December 2025 with an issue price of Rs 111 per share. Since its listing, the stock has witnessed significant volatility, rising to around Rs 254 before correcting to the Rs 180-190 range in recent weeks.
