ITC Ltd has informed the stock exchanges that its board of directors will meet on July 31, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
Along with the quarterly earnings, the board will review and approve the segment-wise revenue, financial performance, assets and liabilities for the reporting quarter.
Ahead of the earnings announcement, investor attention will remain on the company's 115th Annual General Meeting scheduled for July 23. Shareholders are expected to watch for updates on dividend payouts and management's outlook for the business.
As per the AGM notice, shareholders will consider the confirmation of an interim dividend of Rs 6.50 per equity share of face value Re 1 each and a final dividend of Rs 8 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
The AGM is also expected to provide updates on ITC's "ITC Next" strategy, which focuses on strengthening its FMCG portfolio by reinforcing core brands while expanding into adjacent product categories. Investors will also look for management commentary on expansion plans and acquisition opportunities across the paperboards and packaging business, ITC Infotech, ITC Hotels and the cigarettes segment.
In its Annual Report 2026, the company highlighted that it has completed several value-accretive acquisitions in digital-first and organic businesses as part of its long-term strategy to build a future-ready portfolio.
For FY2025-26, ITC reported gross revenue of nearly Rs 80,870 crore, representing year-on-year growth of 10.1 percent. Profit after tax increased to nearly Rs 20,290 crore during the year. The company also reiterated that exports continue to remain an important growth driver for its business.
