Graphite India Partners with Kivoro to Distribute Graphene Heat Transfer Additives

Graphite India Ltd (GIL) on Monday announced that it has signed an exclusive distribution and commercial partnership with Spain-based Kivoro to become the sole distributor of Kivoro’s graphene-based Heat Transfer Additive (HTA) in India. Following the development, shares of Graphite India rose 2.63% to trade at ₹540.
Under the agreement, Graphite India will market and distribute Kivoro’s HTA, which is designed to enhance heat transfer efficiency in corrugator plants. The additive is expected to help improve machine speeds, reduce steam consumption, and enhance overall board quality in industrial applications.
The company said the partnership aligns with its strategy to expand into high-value advanced materials and offer innovative solutions to industrial customers. The collaboration also supports India’s growing emphasis on efficiency-driven manufacturing and energy optimization.
Kivoro’s graphene-based additive is positioned as a next-generation industrial solution, leveraging the superior thermal conductivity of graphene to deliver better operational performance for large-scale corrugator units.
