GAIL (India) Limited has announced that its board of directors will meet on July 31, 2026, to consider and approve the company's financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2026. The board meeting is a key event for investors as it will provide an update on the company's operational and financial performance across its natural gas transmission, gas marketing, petrochemicals, LPG transmission, and related businesses.


The quarterly results are expected to offer clarity on GAIL's revenue growth, profitability, margins, and overall financial position amid evolving domestic and global energy market conditions. The upcoming results follow a relatively weaker performance in the quarter ended December 31, 2025. Consolidated net profit declined 19.17 percent sequentially to ₹1,383.84 crore from ₹1,709.59 crore, while earnings per share fell to ₹2.67 from ₹3.00.


Despite the softer quarterly performance, the company delivered strong growth during FY25. Consolidated revenue increased 6.51 percent year-on-year to ₹1,41,903.49 crore, while consolidated net profit rose 33.31 percent to ₹10,959.63 crore. Earnings per share also improved to ₹18.93 from ₹15.06 in the previous financial year, reflecting the company's strong annual operating performance.


GAIL shares closed unchanged at ₹175.12 in the previous trading session ahead of the board meeting. The company's quarterly results and management commentary are expected to influence investor sentiment and provide greater visibility on its business performance and strategic direction for the coming quarters.
