Several stocks are likely to attract investor attention on June 29 following a series of corporate announcements spanning regulatory inspections, mergers and acquisitions, project launches and fresh order wins.
Dr Reddy's Laboratories will remain in focus after the US Food and Drug Administration completed a Pre-License Inspection at the company's biologics manufacturing facility in Bachupally, Hyderabad. The inspection concluded with the issuance of Form 483 carrying seven observations, marking the completion of the regulatory review process.
Persistent Systems is expected to remain under pressure after announcing its proposed acquisition of Germany-based Nagarro SE through its subsidiary, Galaxy Germany Holding SE. The company has signed a share purchase agreement to acquire an initial 21 percent stake in Nagarro at EUR 81 per share and has also entered into a Business Combination Agreement to acquire the remaining shares, subject to regulatory approvals and other customary conditions.
Power Finance Corporation will be watched after its board approved the proposed amalgamation of REC with the company. The merger remains subject to approvals from shareholders, regulators and other statutory authorities.
Puravankara is in focus after entering into a joint development agreement for a 6.4-acre land parcel in Sarjapur, Bengaluru. The residential project is expected to have a gross development value of nearly ₹1,000 crore, strengthening the company's presence in one of the city's key real estate markets.
Transrail Lighting also remains on investors' radar after securing fresh international orders worth around ₹459 crore, primarily in its transmission and distribution business. With the latest contracts, the company's order inflow for the current financial year has crossed the ₹1,000 crore milestone.
