Coforge has announced that it has secured a five-year contract worth more than $230 million from a major European client for an AI-led business transformation program. The company did not disclose the identity of the customer.
According to the company's exchange filing, the engagement is one of Coforge's largest AI-led transformation deals in Europe. The project will leverage low-code and no-code platforms, AI-powered automation, and AI-enabled software development to modernize the client's business operations and digital capabilities.
The company said the transformation program is designed to enhance decision-making, improve productivity, reduce manual processes, and accelerate service delivery through the integration of advanced artificial intelligence technologies across the client's operations.
Commenting on the development, John Speight, President and Europe Business Leader at Coforge, said the agreement reflects the increasing demand for enterprise-scale AI transformation as organizations move beyond pilot initiatives toward broader adoption of artificial intelligence across their businesses.
Following the announcement, shares of Coforge gained in intraday trade, rising as much as 1.72 percent to ₹1,464.70, as investors responded positively to the large contract win.
