NRB Bearings Soars 10% to a 52-Week High - Is This Rally Just Getting Started ?

NRB Bearings shares surged nearly 10% on June 8, 2026, hitting a fresh 52-week high of ₹422. The stock has almost doubled from its March low, supported by a large block deal, strong Q4FY26 earnings, and improving profitability. Investors are now wondering whether the recent breakout could signal another leg of the rally.

NRB Bearings emerged as one of the strongest performers in the market, rising nearly 10% despite weakness in broader indices. The surge was accompanied by exceptional trading volumes, with over 7 million shares changing hands across exchanges. Market participants attributed the sharp move to a large block deal involving approximately 4.5% of the company's equity, indicating significant institutional interest in the stock.

The latest rally caps an impressive turnaround for the company. Since touching a 52-week low of ₹213.10 in March 2026, the stock has rebounded nearly 98%, creating substantial wealth for investors in less than three months. The move reflects growing confidence in the company's earnings trajectory and improving business fundamentals.

NRB Bearings reported a healthy set of Q4FY26 results. Revenue from operations increased 13% year-on-year to ₹372 crore, while EBITDA rose 17% to ₹74 crore. The company maintained strong profitability, with EBITDA margins of 19.5% and profit after tax reaching ₹42 crore.

The improvement becomes even more notable when viewed on a full-year basis. FY26 consolidated profit after tax surged 77% to ₹146 crore, significantly outpacing revenue growth of 11%. EBITDA climbed 19% to ₹267 crore, while margins expanded from 18.3% to 19.5%, highlighting operational efficiency and better cost management.

From a technical standpoint, the stock has broken above the key ₹400 resistance zone that had previously capped gains. Market experts believe that a sustained close above this level could open the door for a move toward the ₹500–₹525 range over the medium term. However, with the Relative Strength Index (RSI) around 80, the stock appears overbought in the short term, suggesting that intermittent profit-booking cannot be ruled out.

The sharp rise in NRB Bearings is being driven by a combination of strong earnings growth, margin expansion, institutional activity, and a technical breakout. While the stock has already delivered exceptional returns in a short period, investors remain optimistic that improving fundamentals and sustained demand in the automotive and industrial bearing segments could support further upside, provided the company continues to execute strongly.
