Sensex gains 130 points and Nifty holds above 26200 as markets hit fresh highs
Indian equity benchmarks ended higher on Thursday, with the Sensex rising 130 points and the Nifty closing above 26,200 after touching new record levels. Oil & gas, realty and PSU banks dragged the market, while Bajaj Finance, HUL and ICICI Bank led the gains.
