SBI Funds Management plans 1 point 2 billion dollar IPO in 2026
SBI Funds Management is preparing a 1.2 billion dollar IPO in the first half of 2026, valuing the asset manager at 12 billion dollars. SBI will offload a 6.3 percent stake, while its partner Amundi India will sell 3.7 percent. Bank pitches for the offering are expected to begin soon.
