Nissan sells Yokohama headquarters to Minth Group for 630 million dollars
Nissan Motor Co. has sold its global headquarters in Yokohama to a group sponsored by Minth Group for ¥97 billion ($630 million) under a sale and leaseback arrangement. The automaker will use the proceeds for key investments and system modernization, booking a net gain of about ¥74 billion.
