InterGlobe Aviation receives Rs 117 crore CGST penalty over disputed input tax credit
InterGlobe Aviation, the parent of IndiGo, has been issued a Rs 117.52 crore penalty order by CGST authorities for denied input tax credit relating to FY19 and FY22. The company has termed the order incorrect and plans to challenge it. IndiGo shares ended lower following the disclosure.
