Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) has officially announced that its 62nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on August 28, 2025, through video conferencing (VC) and other audio-visual means (OAVM). The company has fixed August 21, 2025, as the record date for the payment of the final dividend for the financial year 2024–25, subject to shareholder approval.

The notice of the AGM, dated July 21, 2025, is part of the Annual Report 2024–25, which also includes the Board’s Report, Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report, and Audited Financial Statements along with the Auditor’s Report. All relevant documents have been uploaded on stock exchange portals for investor reference.

As per Income Tax Act, 1961, applicable Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) will be withheld during dividend distribution unless valid exemption documents are submitted. HAL has advised shareholders to upload necessary documents at KFintech portal before the record date (August 21, 2025). No further communication for tax rate determination will be entertained post this date.

Additionally, in accordance with Rule 37BA of the Income Tax Rules, 1962, if the dividend income is taxable in the hands of a person other than the deductee, a formal declaration must be submitted to HAL via investors@hal-india.co.in on or before the record date.

HAL shareholders are urged to take note of the deadlines to ensure smooth processing of dividend payments and tax compliance. The AGM will address key company matters and provide shareholders with insights into HAL’s performance and strategic direction for FY25.
