Unicommerce Partners with WoodenStreet to Streamline E%Commerce Operations and Boost Efficiency

Unicommerce has joined hands with WoodenStreet to automate e-commerce operations, enhance inventory visibility, and reduce delivery timelines using its flagship Uniware platform.

Unicommerce, a leading e-commerce enablement platform, has announced a strategic partnership with WoodenStreet, one of India’s fastest-growing furniture and home décor brands, to streamline its online operations and strengthen efficiency across digital channels.

WoodenStreet’s Growth Journey
Founded in 2015, WoodenStreet has rapidly scaled its presence with a strong online platform, marketplace partnerships, and over 100 experience stores across India. With 20+ warehouses, the brand focuses on delivering premium furniture and home décor products to customers nationwide.

Technology-Driven Automation
Through this partnership, WoodenStreet will leverage Unicommerce’s flagship platform Uniware to integrate order management and warehouse management systems. The solution will automate order processing across multiple online marketplaces, providing real-time inventory visibility and enabling faster and more accurate deliveries.

Additionally, WoodenStreet will adopt Unireco, Unicommerce’s reconciliation tool, to automate payment and return settlements across marketplaces, ensuring order-wise revenue visibility and quick resolution of discrepancies.

Optimized Deliveries with Multi-Part Shipment
A key customization offered by Unicommerce is its multi-part shipment feature, which allows a single order to be split into multiple shipments depending on product availability, warehouse proximity, or delivery timelines. This feature helps expedite dispatches for ready-to-ship items, reducing overall delivery time and cost.

Leadership Insights
Ashish Mehta, Chief Technology Officer at WoodenStreet, highlighted the importance of this collaboration, stating:
“This partnership with Unicommerce marks an important step in enhancing the efficiency of our online operations.”

Kapil Makhija, MD & CEO of Unicommerce, added:
“With Uniware, WoodenStreet will gain greater control, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, helping them scale sustainably in the competitive e-commerce landscape.”

Unicommerce’s Market Leadership
Unicommerce serves over 7,100 clients across India, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East, including top brands such as FabIndia, Lenskart, Mamaearth, Sugar, Timex, and TCNS. Its flagship Uniware platform achieved an annualised transaction run rate of over 1 billion order items in Q3 FY25.

Established in 2012, Unicommerce is ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 certified and is listed on both NSE and BSE. Alongside Uniware, it also offers solutions like Shipway for courier aggregation and automation, and Convertway, an AI-driven marketing automation platform.

This partnership with WoodenStreet strengthens Unicommerce’s position as a leading SaaS provider for inventory management, order processing, and warehouse optimization in the rapidly growing e-commerce sector.
