According to an internal communication, the bonus structure is closely tied to performance ratings across employee levels.
PL4 employees will receive payouts ranging between 80 percent and 89 percent, with those rated Outstanding getting the highest at 89 percent, while those in the Needs Attention category are set at 80 percent.
PL5 employees will be rewarded between 78 percent and 87 percent, depending on their performance category.
PL6 employees will see bonus payouts between 75 percent and 85 percent, with top performers getting the maximum entitlement.
The company confirmed that individual performance bonus letters will be uploaded to employees’ e-dockets for access.
This enhanced bonus payout comes on the back of Infosys’ strong Q1FY26 earnings performance, reflecting both revenue growth and operational efficiency. It highlights the company’s intent to recognize employee contributions while maintaining a competitive edge in India’s IT services sector.
Infosys continues to be one of the key players driving India’s technology exports, and such employee-centric policies are expected to boost morale and retention in an increasingly competitive talent market.
