Abstract:

Detailed News:
HDFC Bank has fixed Friday, June 27, 2025, as the record date for identifying shareholders eligible for its final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. The payout remains subject to approval at the bank’s upcoming 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM), which will be held on Friday, August 8, 2025, at 2:00 PM IST. The AGM will take place virtually via two-way video conferencing, in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013, and regulatory guidelines.

The final dividend amount has not been announced yet and will be proposed during the AGM. Shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members or as beneficial owners in the records of depositories at the close of business on June 27 will qualify for the payout, if declared.

HDFC Bank has reminded shareholders that Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) will apply at prescribed rates on the dividend. Shareholders seeking exemptions or lower TDS rates must submit the required documents to Datamatics Business Solutions Limited, the bank’s Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, by July 2, 2025. The bank has set up a dedicated portal for this process.

Those holding shares in physical form who have not registered their bank account details are urged to submit Form ISR-1 to Datamatics to enable electronic credit of dividends and update other KYC details. Shareholders with demat holdings should contact their Depository Participants (DPs) to update records.

HDFC Bank will send its Integrated Annual Report for FY25 and AGM notice electronically to shareholders with registered email IDs. The documents will also be accessible on the websites of HDFC Bank, BSE, NSE, and the NSDL e-voting platform.
