In an effort to improve disaster preparedness and response efficiency, Mumbai police, in collaboration with civil defence authorities, are organizing a large-scale mock drill at the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CSMT) Station. The drill is scheduled to take place at 3:30 PM and will involve over 20 senior officials from key departments such as the National Disaster Response Force (NDRF), National Cadet Corps (NCC), Indian Army, Navy, fire departments, and railway authorities.

The meeting, which includes high-level officials, aims to review and coordinate the mock drill activities. It will be a comprehensive exercise to test response protocols and ensure seamless coordination among various agencies in the event of a real emergency.
